Frequently Asked Questions

We've compiled answers to some of the most common questions our patients ask. If you don't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first appointment will include a comprehensive oral examination, digital X-rays, and a one-on-one consultation with one of our prosthodontists. We'll discuss your dental history, goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, we can file claims for most PPO dental insurance plans. Coverage and in-network status varies by location, so please contact the office nearest you for specific insurance information.

We also offer flexible financing options through CareCredit®, PatientFi, and LendingClub® for patients who need additional payment flexibility.

What is a prosthodontist?

A prosthodontist is a dental specialist who has completed an additional three years of advanced training beyond dental school, focusing on the restoration and replacement of teeth. Prosthodontists are experts in dental implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

How long do dental implants last?

With proper care and maintenance, dental implants can last a lifetime. The implant post itself is made of titanium, which fuses with your jawbone to create a permanent foundation. The crown or restoration on top may need replacement after 10–15 years depending on wear.

What financing options are available?

We offer several financing options to make dental care affordable, including CareCredit®, PatientFi, and LendingClub®. These third-party lenders offer flexible payment plans that can help you spread the cost of treatment over time.

We also accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Our team is happy to help you explore the best financial option for your needs.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling any of our office locations directly, or by using the appointment request form on our website. Our team will work with you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule.

What is the cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Do you offer emergency dental care?

Yes, we understand that dental emergencies can happen at any time. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
