Brighton Restorative Dentistry was established so families and individuals in the Brighton community would not have to travel far for quality dental care. Located at 2700 East Bridge Street, our office is led by Dr. Negar Massah, a prosthodontist who specializes in everything from single-tooth implants to full-mouth restorations, and Dr. Erich Lutz, a general dentist providing comprehensive preventive and restorative care.

Negar Massah, DDS
Dr. Negar Massah is a compassionate prosthodontist who finds true joy in helping her patients feel confident through healthy, beautiful smiles. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Inspired by a deep love for esthetics and the life-changing impact of a confident smile, she pursued specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Kind-hearted and detail-oriented, Dr. Massah is known for her gentle yet comprehensive approach to care, blending clinical precision with genuine compassion. She believes in restoring not just function, but also self-esteem and confidence through personalized, esthetically-driven treatment.
Erich Lutz, DDS
Originally from the small town of Tazewell in southwest Virginia, Dr. Erich Lutz developed a passion for dentistry early on. Inspired by his father and grandfather—both dentists who served their local community—he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from East Tennessee State University and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. After dental training, Dr. Lutz led his family’s practice for seven years, gaining valuable experience managing both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry.
Now calling Colorado home, Dr. Lutz brings a broad skill set and a steady hand in all aspects of general dentistry—from restorative procedures and extractions to root canals and preventive care. Known for his precision, calm demeanor, and commitment to clinical excellence, he looks forward to building strong relationships with Brighton patients and becoming a trusted part of the local dental community.
